Dear Parents and Families,

It’s time to check out your student's school portraits! We have uploaded this year's photos, and you can view your student´s current picture by checking their profile on Infinite Campus.

A quick note about our photos this year: This is our very first year taking our school pictures in-house! We are learning a lot and doing our absolute best to capture great memories of your students. Please keep in mind that the pictures on Infinite Campus are unedited—if you choose to order prints, we will edit the photos to ensure they look great before ordering the final prints.

How to Order: If you would like to purchase your student's portraits, please place your order here: https://gofan.co/event/6935977?schoolId=KY14874

Package A includes 2 (8x10), 4 (5x7), 4 (3x5), 8 wallets, and a Digital Download.
Package B includes 2 (4x5 magnets), 2 (8x10), 2 (5x7), and 8 wallets.
Package C includes 1 (8x10), 2 (5x7), 2 (3x5), and 8 wallets.
Package D includes 1 (5x7) and 8 wallets.
A la carte items are available as well.

Deadline: All orders will close on October 31st.

What if I don't see my student's picture? If you check Infinite Campus and do not see an updated picture for your student, please consider a few troubleshooting steps and possibilities:

  • Log out and log back in: Sometimes the system just needs a quick refresh.

  • Try a web browser: Some parents haven't been able to see the updated picture on the IC mobile app, but it showed up perfectly when they logged in through a web browser on a computer or phone.

  • They missed picture day: They didn't get their picture taken yet and will need to do so on retake day.

  • Upload error: We simply mixed things up and didn't get their photo uploaded properly.

We want to get it corrected either way! If you have tried checking on a web browser and their photo is still missing, please reply directly to this message so we can look into it.

Picture Retakes: Picture retake day will be on Monday, October 19th. This will be the time for students who were absent or still need their photo taken to get it done.

2027 Yearbooks & Senior Tributes: Just a quick reminder that you can still order your 2027 yearbook and purchase senior tributes! Head over to https://yearbookforever.com/  to secure yours today.

Thank you so much for your patience, grace, and support as we navigate this new process!
